The aim of the Programme is to create integral, optimal and high-quality education conditions in every municipality in Lithuania by 2030 to close the achievement gap. The Programme is part of the European Union's overall effort to not only rebuild Europe's economy after the pandemic, but also to transform it for future generations - to be greener, more digital, healthier and more inclusive. The UPE programme gives municipalities real opportunities to pursue quality education in their territory.
