The Programme will be implemented in two stages. The implementation of the first stage of the Programme will begin on February 1, 2022 and will end on June 30, 2026. The beginning of the implementation of stage II of the Programme will be adjusted, considering the results of the implementation of stage I, the possibilities and needs for financing the follow-up activities.
